We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

By virtue of its size, Harvey Senior High School (SHS) can cater for all students as individuals. As well as striving for excellence in all learning areas, students are encouraged to develop those skills, attitudes and values that will enable them to become lifelong learners who are able to adapt to their environment and contribute positively to their community. Harvey SHS is a school responsive to the needs of its clientele and is always looking for better ways to meet them. The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 School Officer to join our welcoming school community. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to negotiate work rosters, with part-time or full-time opportunities available, and we encourage all interested applicants to apply.

Our school is a small regional school set within beautiful grounds and surroundings, and we pride ourselves on our friendly, vibrant and inclusive community. The successful applicant will display a friendly, positive and caring attitude, with the ability to promote excellence and professionalism within the school environment. Well-developed interpersonal, organisational and accuracy skills are essential, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision, adapt to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines in an organized learning environment.

The role also includes supporting student-related activities, such as assisting with student enrolment procedures, and operating a range of software packages, particularly databases and word processing systems. Knowledge of SIS, RM Billing, RM Finance, HRMIS and Compass would be highly regarded.
