The Role

The Network Support Officer is responsible for providing support, advice and issue resolution to staff and students. Ideally, the successful applicant will bring excellent knowledge of the computer network, programs and platforms to manage the day-to-day operations of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) devices, with a strong focus on engaging directly with users and prioritising face-to-face communication.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience with using an internal ticketing system to track and resolve issues, while demonstrating a customer-first approach in their interactions. Applicants who can analyse network and system performance and propose innovative solutions to maximise both educational and administrative outcomes are highly desired.
