The Role
The successful applicant will ideally manage the financial, physical and human resource aspects of the school's operations and administer all school support staff whilst reporting, developing and implementing human resource and financial management strategies to ensure the integrity of the school's business operations.
The successful applicant should provide consultancy and advice into financial planning and budgeting, as well as the administration and reporting on the diverse funding entities for which the school is responsible. They shall - in collaboration with the Principal - provide operational input to the implementation of the school’s 2025-2027 Business Plan: supporting the pillars of LEARNING, PEOPLE AND PLACE and overseeing the school’s financial performance against the plan.
We highly value applicants who can assist the Principal in ensuring that the school meets corporate financial objectives and that Regional and Corporate reporting requirements are met whilst participating in school-based and regional committees and working groups to ensure alignment with the school's business targets and objectives. The ideal applicant will ideally develop, implement and monitor effective asset management and coordination strategies for school facilities, equipment and buildings whilst developing and managing financial, human resource and information management processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Departmental policies and guidelines.
