The Role

We are currently looking for a passionate Digital Technologies Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and well-functioning team.

We are seeking a highly motivated educator who ideally has high expectations and truly believes that all children can learn and be successful. The successful applicant should be committed to putting students first and should work hard to deliver motivating and quality programs. The learning environment you create should be engaging, challenging, caring and cater for a range of needs, promoting student achievement. Experience with teaching Digital Technologies will be valuable.

The successful applicant would build strong, positive relationships with students and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent, learning-focused program. They should contribute to a team culture that values alignment in planning, pedagogy, and behaviour expectations. A commitment to shared purpose, professional dialogue, and collective responsibility for student success is essential. Located in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia, Kalgoorlie-Boulder is situated 590 kilometres inland of Perth. The name Kalgoorlie is derived from the Wongai word Karlkurla, meaning "Place of the silky pears".
