The Role

The School Officer plays critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school. This includes tasks such as undertaking enrolment procedures, reception duties and maintaining data integrity. They will be responsible for a range of administrative roles, which will help the school operate in a smooth and organised manner.

In addition to general administrative duties, the School Officer may also assist with the management of school assets. This includes overseeing the administration of out-of-hours use of school facilities, coordinating and negotiating maintenance and repairs, and maintaining key registers and security system codes. They may assist with the induction and support of administrative school support staff, by developing induction programs and materials and coordinating relief staff.
