Teachers are well-supported and work collaboratively to implement whole-school programs and use effective teaching strategies. Our staff firmly believe all decisions should be made solely to improve student outcomes. They know their students well and develop programs that reflect quality differentiated teaching practices within our multi-age classes.
We maintain high expectations for our students in their learning and behaviour. We encourage the development of their independence and agency. We take pride in offering diverse excursions and learning opportunities, ensuring our students don’t miss out due to their isolated location.
