HHC ESC enrols secondary students, from Year 7 to Year 10, needing intensive support to achieve their educational and personal development goals. We are a successful, small school enrolling 68 students in 2025.

The Role
Halls Head College Education Support Centre (HHC ESC) is seeking to appoint a hardworking and creative Marketing and Communications Officer to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Marketing and Communications Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the strategic communication of the school across multiple platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting the schools’ goals and objectives as highlighted within our school plan.
The successful applicant should ideally have experience in public relations, marketing and communications and will ideally be able to develop and implement school wide marketing and communications plans, manage communications across various channels; including social media, newsletters, website and print publications and create engaging marketing collateral and publications using design tools such as Canva.
The successful applicant will ideally have the passion and energy to connect our school to the community by organising and coordinating key school and community events, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and identifying local opportunities that benefit our students and our school.
We are looking to appoint someone who is ideally highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, has strong organisational and project management skills, has exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is passionate about community connection and inclusive education.
