
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
The School Officer is responsible for reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information in an efficient and friendly manner. They provide general clerical and administrative support, including preparing correspondence, notices, and other materials in a timely manner.
They also distribute and collect documents, forms, and mail, collect and receipt monies, operate and maintain office equipment, input data and generate reports, arrange catering for school functions, assist with maintenance of school facilities, and support student-related activities such as maintaining attendance records and assisting with student enrolment procedures.
