About the Role

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you’ll lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across all VenuesWest locations. You’ll oversee reception and communication systems, ensure accurate event and venue information, and manage rosters and timesheets. This role is key to promoting VenuesWest programs, supporting membership growth, and maintaining high service standards. You’ll mentor staff, resolve customer queries, and drive continuous improvement in processes and training to create outstanding experiences for every visitor.

We currently have two permanent, full-time positions available. One is based in Mount Claremont at the Perth High Performance Centre, one is based at Joondalup at Arena, Joondalup. Please advise in your application the preferred location!

Monday – Friday, during business hours, for the administrative component and as required for front line shifts, up to full time hours. Mornings, afternoons and weekends will attract shift loading.

Whilst the position will be based primarily at Mount Claremont or Joondalup, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities. The position is rostered as required for front line shifts per week at their respective venue. Please advise in your application the preferred location (Mount Claremont or Joondalup).
