This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026

Piara Waters Primary School (PS) opened in February 2012 catering for students in Kindergarten to Year 6 and is located in the suburb of Piara Waters (South Metropolitan Education Region). It is one of the largest primary schools in the state and staff benefit from working in a large collaborative team to continually build their knowledge. As an Independent Public School, we utilise the flexibilities afforded to us to ensure the highest possible outcomes for students.

The Role

As a member of the school’s executive team, the Manager Corporate Services is responsible for the delivery of quality corporate services to Piara Waters PS staff, students and the school community.

You will lead the Corporate Services team (Business Support Officer, School Officers, Network Officer, Cleaners and Gardeners) and support the Education team, to ensure a safe and effective learning environment, where facilities are purposeful, and resources are prioritised to enhance learning outcomes for students.

The Manager Corporate Services is responsible for implementing sound consistent management and budgeting practices and systems. The successful applicant will ideally have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The Manager Corporate Services should be flexible, reliable and able to work independently with autonomy.

As a member of the leadership team, the Manager Corporate Services will share the responsibility for inspiring and leading staff in their commitment to the values and priorities of the school.     • Demonstrated highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including the ability to consult, collaborate and negotiate effectively with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
    • Demonstrated substantial research, conceptual and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
