The Role
The Associate Principal plays a pivotal role in supporting the principal to lead a dynamic, future-focused school community. This role is designed to complement the school’s visionary and innovative leadership by providing strength in operational execution, staff development, and relational leadership. The Associate Principal ensures the school’s strategic vision is translated into consistent, high-quality practice across all levels of the school.
Coolbinia PS is seeking a dynamic and grounded Associate Principal to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside the principal in a school committed to innovation, student voice, and whole-child development.

Eligibility

- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
