
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Warnbro Primary School (PS) is an outer suburban school situated near the white sands and calm blue waters of Warnbro Beach. We are an Independent Public School catering for children from Kindergarten to Year 6. Established in 1973, we have a rich history, and traditions that span nearly 50 years. Our community serves approximately 290 students.

The Role
Suitable applicants are responsible for undertaking reception duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine inquiries and requests for information. You will also distribute and collect documents, forms, and mail, collect and receipt monies, operate and maintain office equipment, input data and generate reports, arrange catering for school functions, assist with maintenance of school facilities, and support student-related activities such as maintaining attendance records and assisting with student enrolment procedures.
Ideal applicants should possess strong attention to detail and work well within a team environment. You will ideally have strong organisational skills and be able to deliver outcomes while working to deadlines in a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment.
