Waroona District High School (DHS) is a small yet distinctive Independent Public School that places the needs of our students at the centre of all that we do. Our vision is for Waroona DHS to be the school of choice in the local community.
At Waroona DHS, we pride ourselves on our unique and supportive learning environment. Being a DHS we are in the unique position of being able to offer students an educational journey that commences in Kindergarten and continues in the same school until the end of Year 10. Consequently, our school is highly supportive, and students are able to form quality relationships with staff and their peers over their Kindergarten to Year 10 (K-10) educational journey.

Suitable candidates will ideally lead the effective use of school systems and databases, coordinate major school events, and maintain efficient operational processes to ensure the smooth running of the school. The ability to manage reporting procedures, community relations, and communication strategies to support transparency and accountability is desirable.
An understanding of either the Early Years Learning Framework (Primary) or Vocational Education and Training (VET) and endorsed programs (Secondary) would be advantageous.
