The Role
As the Associate Principal, you will play a key role in providing educational leadership across our large school. You would work collaboratively with the Principal and the team of deputy principals.
You will ideally utilise effective change management strategies for continuous improvement and workforce effectiveness, leading and supporting staff to enhance student outcomes. The successful applicant would promote and maintain high expectations and assist in leading Teaching, Learning and Assessment across K-6.
They will ideally be collaborative and team focussed, working with the leadership team, teaching and support staff to establish and deliver processes and policies that progress student achievement and ensure everyone learns, grows and thrives.
The Associate Principal would manage administrative and operational systems to ensure effective school operations, including compliance with regulations.

- hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
