Midvale Primary School (MPS) is located approximately 20 kilometres from the Perth CBD, within the City of Swan. Our current enrolment is approximately 350 students from Kindergarten to Year six. We have a very Multicultural school population which is drawn mainly from Midvale and Midland and the nearby suburbs of Viveash, Middle Swan and Swan View.
Our school catchment lies in both the City of Swan and the Shire of Mundaring. The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's key operational areas, financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you would be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This includes supervising school support staff and guiding them in the accurate administration of financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your effective leadership ensures that the school's financial operations comply with established standards and contribute to its overall success.
A central aspect of your role involves administering and reporting on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. You would provide valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, helping to ensure the school's fiscal health. Your strategic involvement in developing Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and Leadership Team, highlights your commitment to the school's long-term goals.
In addition, you would actively monitor the school's financial performance against these plans, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to financial management. Beyond financial responsibilities, you should also participate in committees and working groups, ensuring that your strategies align with both school-based and regional business objectives, thereby contributing to the broader success of the school.
