We are seeking to establish a pool of Mainstream – Education Assistants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Opened in 2017 our Independent Public School caters for students from Kindergarten to Year 6. Our focus is on providing a rich and varied curriculum that develops the whole child, catering for their academic, physical, social and emotional needs.

The Role

To be suitable for this role you will ideally possess strong people skills and the capacity to relate to staff, students and parents. Suitable applicants should also be highly collaborative and willing to share their skills and expertise and commit to the whole school positive culture.

We are seeking highly organised applicants with the capacity to manage and organise learning area spaces and provide valuable support to the classroom teacher. Experience in implementing explicit oral language and literacy programs, such as Words, Grammar and Fun, Cracking the Code and UFLI would be highly regarded as we have a strong focus on oral language and literacy in our school.

Positive and passionate applicants who are willing to work closely with the classroom teacher to help create and maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment along with experience in a mainstream setting or the capacity to learn and take directions, are encouraged to apply.
