About the team/business unit
Land Titling Services registers and secures all land transactions in Western Australia in the State's Land Title Register for all private and state-owned land. The business unit supports the effective delivery of Titling Services and assists the Registrar and Commissioner of Titles to meet their statutory obligations to maintain the integrity of the Land Titles Register. In doing so, Titling Services collaborates with internal and external agency and industry stakeholders at a Local, State and National level. 
About the role  
We are seeking talented and motivated individuals interested in becoming Land Titles Officers at Landgate. Land Titles Officers are responsible for supporting Landgate’s customers over the phone, via email and through our in-person counter by undertaking complex tasks, to provide accurate, efficient and timely services relating to land title transactions. You will be well supported, working within a collaborative team.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:
- Highly developed communication skills including the ability to convey information clearly and accurately across multiple customer channels such as phone, email and in person.
 
- Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
 
- Excellent time management skills and demonstrated experience in balancing competing priorities and achieving outcomes within agreed timeframes.
 
- Ability and practical experience in interpreting and applying legislation, policies or procedures.
