Valuation Services provides specialised, impartial and accurate valuation and property information services to local government authorities and State government agencies across Western Australia.
About the role
Landgate is seeking dynamic and engaged leaders to undertake Team Leader roles in their Valuation Services business unit. These roles are integral in planning, leading, mentoring and supervising a team of valuation experts and support staff responsible for the provision of property valuation services that underpin rating and taxing for the state of Western Australia. You will focus on overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team and this includes liaising with the senior management and Valuers to ensure service delivery meets agreed performance indicators and customer expectations.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate:
- Previous experience leading and empowering technical teams, including the ability to set expectations and manage performance to achieve optimal results.
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work and achieve outcomes within agreed timeframes
- Proven influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality service.
- Previous experience leading teams through significant change.

Vacancies may be offered on a permanent or fixed term basis for the next 12 months following finalisation of the recruitment process. If a similar vacancy in a similar location becomes available in this time, applicants deemed suitable may be considered.
