We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

Set in Mandurah, Dudley Park Primary School is comprised of over 400 students from Kindergarten to year 6. Our front office plays an integral part in the smooth running of the school, from greeting people on arrival, taking and following up on attendance, sending compass communication to the community, enrolling new families and so much more. If is for this reason it is desirable applicants have some knowledge in using COMPASS, SIS and attendance processes.

The Role

The successful applicant should assist in administering the operation of school databases, records and management information systems, undertakes student-related activities including incursion, excursion, school carnivals, including providing information, advice and collecting documentation for enrolment of new students.

This role will include front office duties and will work alongside and assist the Manager Corporate Services with administration and financial duties. The successful applicant should focus on teamwork, self-motivation and model effective customer and administrative support service delivery by maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant will ideally have good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
