This pool includes one permanent full-time position and other fixed term backfill arrangements for up to 12 months. Both full-time and part-time arrangements will be considered.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with an analytical mind that enjoys the challenge of investigation and analysis. In these roles you will work closely with our valuers and also be responsible for liaising with clients when required to resolve queries relating to valuation information.
As a Valuation Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to valuers during the preliminary data capture and interpretation stage of the valuation process and undertake data cleansing and quality assurance activities. This includes ensuring that information is accurately uploaded and entered into systems and databases to enable valuations to occur. A key part of this role is to assess and update building additions and renovations in the valuation system to determine interim valuations and to support the consistency and quality of valuation data.
