About the team/business unit
Corporate Services supports the operational business units to fully harness their potential to deliver on Landgate’s vision “to fully harness the value of where to power a thriving Western Australia”. Strategy and Finance plays a key role in supporting and enabling the outcomes of operational business units and covers a number of governance orientated services such as procurement, contract management, project investment assurance and Finance as well more creative and future orientated services such as innovation, strategy and performance improvement.
About the role
This role is responsible for the compilation, provision and adjustment of financial budget information and budget performance analysis, including providing budget services to internal customers and assisting Business Units to manage their budgets. The role also supports the broader team in developing external budget submissions to Treasury.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, however Part Time arrangements may be considered.

Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, please demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated accounting experience and understanding of accounting standards, principles, and practices and working with financial management systems.
- Good understanding of financial integrity, governance, and assurance.
- Good Microsoft Excel and intermediate financial modelling skills.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management including providing budget services to internal customers
- Demonstrated experience in reconciliation processes ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Good communication both verbal and written as well as good interpersonal skills.
