We are seeking to establish a pool of Teachers - Education Support for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

At Leda ESC, you’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of specialist teachers and education support staff. Together, we deliver individualised programs and evidence-based practice that help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking teachers who are ideally:

  • Flexible, reflective, and student-centred in their approach.
  • Skilled (or willing to develop expertise) in working with students with intellectual disabilities, multiple physical disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma, and complex communication needs.
  • Committed to designing and reviewing meaningful Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that nurture both functional curriculum outcomes and the whole child.
  • Confident in applying Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and programs such as Letters and Sounds, Talk 4 Writing, and Zones of Regulation.
