About Corporate Services
The Corporate Services team includes human resources, procurement, payroll, business operations and digital and technology services. It helps the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism and Sport to reach its mission to enable dynamic and inclusive communities and support the WA economy through effective regulation and the facilitation of outstanding sporting and cultural experiences and opportunities.
About the role
Are you highly organised with an eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced finance or administrative environment?
At CITS, we have the opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join a high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction processing team in our Finance division.
In this role as a Finance Support Officer, you will work effectively as part of the team to ensure:
- High volumes of transactions are accurately processed, including accounts payable and accounts receivable,
- Assist in providing the Department and Portfolio Agencies delivery of quality client service on all financial management, accounts payable and accounts receivable requirements.
CITS is seeking to establish a pool of Finance Support Officer's for appointments to permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies. Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments will be made as vacancies arise over the next twelve months from the initial date of appointment from this pool.
We have one permanent, full time (75hrs p/f) position available.
