The Role

Eaton CC is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year Coordinator to join our dedicated Student Services team. This full-time position focuses on the pastoral care and wellbeing of students in the lower school, specifically Years 7 to 9, and plays a vital role in supporting their growth, engagement, and sense of belonging.

In this role, you will work closely with the Student Services team to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families. You will lead wellbeing initiatives, coordinate activities and reward programs, and support students in navigating social, emotional, behavioural, and academic challenges. Your work will be grounded in restorative practices, and you will play a key role in guiding transitions, resolving conflict, and fostering a safe and inclusive school culture.

We are looking for a flexible, proactive educator who is passionate about student development and able to lead with empathy and clarity. A sound understanding of the Positive Behaviour in Schools (PBS) framework and trauma-informed practice is highly valued, along with the ability to develop and implement effective engagement and support plans. Eligible staff will receive a percentage of this payment on commencement at the school, with the remainder paid at the end of the school year. Staff must remain employed in the location until the end of the school year to be eligible to receive the second payment. 

The temporary ARI payment is in addition to other incentives that may apply in this school.
