About Tourism WA
Tourism WA is responsible for promoting Western Australia as an incredible holiday and events destination. Our role is to inspire more people to visit WA from Australia and around the world.

About the role
As a Senior Workforce Development Manager, you will manage the Tourism Workforce Development strategy, implemented by Tourism WA, and related initiatives that support the Western Australian Visitor Economy Strategy 2033 (WAVES 2033) goal of developing a high performing tourism industry.
This includes designing and delivering programs to attract and upskill workforce for the tourism and hospitality industry, and to promote career pathways to build a sustainable and skilled workforce.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with stakeholders across government, industry and community to address workforce challenges and strengthen sector capability.
