This is a permanent part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2025

North Lake Senior Campus provides a quality education for young people wanting to complete Year 11 and Year 12 in a different, unique and exciting adult campus. With an atmosphere more like a university or adult training institute than a traditional secondary school, North Lake Senior Campus offers opportunities for students to achieve university entry, gain an apprenticeship, trainee-ship or work. Located in Kardinya, North Lake Senior Campus is easily accessible through major bus routes and provides parking for students and staff.

The Role

The successful applicant will provide operational support in the development, implementation and management of the school’s Marketing Plan whilst managing and monitoring the school’s annual marketing budget in conjunction with Deputy Principal, liaising with key stakeholders in the organisation of promotional events and marketing. The successful applicant will undertake proactive investigation and identification of funding support from local, state and national sponsorship opportunities and assist in the preparation of funding submissions whilst establishing and managing the promotional events and marketing database.

The successful applicant will develop a range of school communications, publications and materials to support marketing activities and events whilst editing and sub-editing publications and news media communications, ensuring compliance with Department standards whilst establishing and maintaining social media platforms in consultation with key staff, including the school’s website and Facebook page, ensuring published content is current, relevant and that associated links are active. The successful applicant will maintain current knowledge of trends related to web design and technologies and other online mediums whilst preparing segments of the school’s Annual Report and assisting in the overall production of the documents, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with print and electronic new media.
