The Role
Cloverdale PS is seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about teaching Physical Education to join their friendly team.
The successful applicant will ideally be a passionate and skilled educator who is current in the Health and Physical Education curriculum and has an understanding of fundamental movement skills for students in junior primary. You should also possess the ability to plan for school improvement using and responding to all data sources, ensuring curriculum and pedagogical development is current and ongoing. The successful applicant should also be flexible, adaptive, and be able to apply the strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching.
The successful applicant will ideally be student and relationship focused, innovative and motivated, with the ability to work collaboratively in team environments. It is highly desirable that applicants are committed to developing positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the wider community..
