This is a permanent part-time (0.63FTE) position commencing ASAP
Moora Residential College is located 170km North East of Perth in a safe and secure setting next to Central Midlands Senior High School.
The Role
The Manager Corporate Services supports the College Manager in administrative, financial and some human resource aspects of the college business operations as well as assisting in the supervision of Auxiliary Staff. They are required to communicate effectively with staff, students and parents whilst assisting with the development and maintenance of networks and relationships with other external stakeholders to promote a positive college image.
If successful, you will ensure prompt submission of personnel and payroll information and variations for college staff to personnel and payroll officer for processing. You will participate and support the College Manager in recruitment processes in accordance with approved procedures and prepare employment contracts in accordance with Department policy and processes.
