About the Role

In preparation for the 2026 opening of the new 50-meter swimming pool at Arena Joondalup we are searching for a Café Supervisor to lead the team. The Cafe Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach to managing a fast-paced café environment, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace standards. The role reports to the Catering Operations Manager and is responsible for meeting operational KPI’s, organisation of the Cafe team roster as well as coordinating and supervising the setup, operation and close-down of catering areas during functions and events.

Working alongside our anchor tenants such as Joondalup Wolves, West Perth Falcons FC, Joondalup Netball Association, Joondalup Lakers Hockey Club. Events include Wildlands Music Festival, school graduations and cultural events. This is a full time, permanent opportunity which requires weekend and evening work where 20% shift loading will apply.  Whilst the position will be based at Joondalup, mobility may be required between the portfolio of facilities.

About the Person

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a hospitality operation including financial reporting and stock management. Experience in staff leadership, rostering and delivery of functions is also required together with a professional demeanour and a passion for delivering quality experiences.
