Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably
experienced person for the role of Inventory
Controller.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time,
Casual appointment until 31/03/2026 with the possibility of
extension(s) and permanency.
As a member of Health Support Services (HSS) Warehousing and
Logistics Team, you will be responsible for:
- Building and managing effective inventory supplier
relationship while communicating with key stakeholders
- Managing a portfolio of low impact suppliers to ensure
performance
- Liaising with internal and external teams such as
suppliers, warehousing team and contract management team
regarding purchases, variants to orders, delivery discrepancies
and other general supply issues.
- Continues monitoring of inventory purchase orders against
agreed lead time with Suppliers using Oracle, Power BI report
and other associated tools.
- Monitoring customer requisitions periodically to identify
demand fluctuations and address them proactively.
