Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Team Leader Goods In.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointment at various hours per fortnight with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Procurement and Supply Business Unit, the Team Leader Goods In is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading the day-to-day operations of the stock receiving, receipting, put-away, and replenishment functions at the State Distribution Centre (SDC). This role ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently and in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Lead and supervise the Goods In team to ensure timely and accurate receiving, receipting, and put-away of stock.
  • Coordinate daily workflows and resource allocation to meet operational targets and SLAs.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Team Leader Goods In.
