Are you ready to make a real difference in a school that’s going places?

Wilson Park Primary School (PS) is a small but mighty school in Collie, currently on a rapid improvement journey. Having recently completed the Centre for Excellence in the Explicit Teaching of Literacy program, we are now seeking a passionate Specialist Teacher to join our team and be part of something exciting.

This role is more than just teaching; it offers the chance to make a significant impact on student outcomes within a close-knit, community-oriented school, access leadership opportunities in a supportive environment that values initiative and innovation, teach in a school committed to explicit instruction, Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), and consistent whole-school routines that create the conditions for success, and be part of a collaborative staff team driving sustained improvement and witnessing the results.

Wilson Park PS is nestled in the growing town of Collie, surrounded by scenic rivers, lakes, and world-class walking and mountain bike trails. It’s the perfect balance of professional fulfilment and lifestyle appeal.

If you're committed to excellence in teaching and want to be part of a high-impact team, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

We are looking for a Primary Specialist Teacher, whether it be Art, Science, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or something else—let us know!
