The Role
The Manager Corporate Services (MCS) is responsible for implementing sound consistent management and budgeting practices and systems. The successful applicant will ideally have well established financial management capabilities, be a strategic financial leader and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You should also review current school financial practices, implement improvements, and have experience in using the Schools Resourcing System. You will ideally be flexible and reliable and able to work independently with autonomy. Proven experience in a Primary School setting would be highly regarded.
The MCS is expected to have experience using the Compass platform. Training will be provided for the migration process of both Compass and Integris. Additionally, it would be advantageous if the MCS possesses experience or training in our Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) school values—Respect, Integrity, Courage and Inclusivity—are integral to daily practices, and all staff are expected to exemplify these values consistently.
