The Role

Are you an exemplary, reflective teacher who promotes active learning and has high expectations of students? Do you possess a growth mindset and are ready to take on new challenges?

Kelmscott SHS is expanding rapidly and we are now seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics teachers to join our flourishing school.

We are seeking a range of applicants including primary and secondary trained teachers, ideally with a range of skills including: experience in teaching upper or lower school Mathematics; capacity in ATAR or Numeracy support; experience or capacity in Gifted and Talented education. You should ideally have a sound understanding of the developmental needs of students at all phases of the Western Australian Curriculum and be skilled in differentiating the curriculum to meet the academic needs of all learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment will be highly regarded, as well as a willingness to engage in professional learning and liaise with colleagues, parents, and external networks.
