We are seeking a dedicated School Officer – Level 1 to support our vibrant highly regarded school in the beautiful Perth Hills.

The Role
The School Officer is responsible for reception duties, including greeting students, staff and visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to enquiries and requests for information in an efficient and friendly manner. They provide administrative support, including preparing confidential documents for distribution of examinations, student certificates, course awards other materials in a timely manner. A working knowledge of Compass and Connect would be highly beneficial to this role. However, training will be provided to the right candidate.
Duties will include maintaining student medical updates and managing unwell students with care and communication with staff and parents/carers. You assist with maintenance of school facilities, and support student-related activities. You'll oversee uniform loans, purchase small office items and consumables, and assist with daily admin tasks. Help us ensure a smooth sign-in/out process using school systems and provide a welcoming office presence.
