The Role

We’re looking for a Human Resource Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
In this dynamic and highly valued role, you will be at the heart of our daily operations, providing expert advice and hands-on support across various HR functions. A key focus of the role is the coordination of daily teacher relief and leave management—you’ll be the go-to person ensuring every class is covered and our school continues to run smoothly. A solid understanding of staff timetabling and rostering will be highly advantageous.
In addition, you’ll oversee essential HR systems, including payroll processing, validation and mandatory reporting requirements, Working with Children and Criminal Screening checks, pre-employment requirements and appointment documentation.
