The Role
Quinns Rocks PS is seeking to appoint an innovative, creative, highly motivated, organised, and committed Manager Corporate Services to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, professional, and enthusiastic, demonstrating strong leadership and a commitment to promoting the values of our school. The successful applicant will actively participate in implementing the school’s Business Plan, which includes marketing efforts and necessary changes to advance our strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing staff, contributing to workforce planning, and addressing HR matters.
- Providing leadership and motivation to support the team.
- Demonstrating expertise in financial and asset resource management.
- Having a broad understanding of relevant legislation, reporting, and governance requirements.
We highly value candidates who are self-aware, recognizing their strengths and areas for growth. Strong interpersonal skills, especially in resolving conflicts positively for the benefit of the school and students, will also be a significant asset. Appointments will be made in line with our workforce management plan to align both attributes and skills required throughout the school
