The Role

To be successful in this role, you should be a passionate and experienced educator, committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. As the successful applicant you will ideally possess exceptional organisational, management, communication and interpersonal skills, be highly collaborative and able to nurture and build a team and professional learning culture. As a member of the school leadership team, the Program Coordinator should actively contribute to the planning and delivery of strategic goals outlined in the school plan. The role involves managing and coordinating a range of student services initiatives, with a strong focus on using data to monitor outcomes for students. You should have the capacity to develop innovative programs and review school processes where evidence-based decision making will be regular practice.

The successful applicant should have the capacity to build positive relationships with students, staff, families and the broader community. They should also be an agile leader who can work collaboratively as part of the Student Services Team to maintain a positive college environment, implementing strategies in Years 7-9 that ensure high standards in relation to attendance, behaviour, uniform, and health and wellbeing. They should be committed to actively supporting the growth of the school’s positive culture. The successful applicant should be dedicated, innovative and proactive in ensuring that the student services team provides students, parents and teachers with outstanding service. Skills and experience working in a pastoral care capacity is highly desirable.
