We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

WACOA – Cunderdin provides Year 11 and 12 students with a unique educational experience focused on innovation and excellence. The College is located adjacent to the Wheatbelt town of Cunderdin, 160kms east of Perth. Students are offered the opportunity to achieve the best possible educational outcomes within the context of a commercially operating farm, state of the art trade training workshops and a 134 bed residential facility.

The Role

Suitable applicants will aid the Manager Corporate Services and other members of the college administration team with maintaining college databases, records, and information management systems to ensure they are accurate and up to date. They may also help manage the financial and operational aspects of the College.

The School Officer will assist with administrative procedures in a variety of roles throughout the College and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing. A knowledge of Resource Management (RM), Finance, RM Billing, Human Resources Management Information Systems (HRMIS), Student Information System (SIS), Reach and Compass would be desirable.

Suitable applicants should ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff. The School Officer should have the skills to competently work independently without supervision or direction with an excellent focus on teamwork.
