This is a permanent part-time (0.4FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2025.

Yarralinka Primary School (PS) is located in the growing community of Southern River. Through our motto of “Young People, Big Potential” Yarralinka Primary School seeks to provide a diverse range of learning opportunities aimed at developing the whole child. The Role

The successful applicant will need to work as part of a dedicated team and has the opportunity to make a lasting contribution to our school community. As the first point of contact for staff and students in our administration office, you will ideally be organised, friendly and have the ability to prioritise tasks, and liaise with staff and students in the delivery of excellent office support. Experience with Schools Information System (SIS), Enrolments, Faults, RM Billing, Compass, and MS Office are highly desirable. Sound knowledge of records and management information systems knowledge is important to ensure they are accurate and up to date whilst ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive material.

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in providing effective customer service, and the ability to use computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and desktop publishing. It would be an advantage for the successful applicant to have a willingness to take on new applications and processes.
