The Role

If so, you may be the ideal applicant for the role of Program Coordinator – Pathways at Baldivis Secondary College, a role that plays a vital part in preparing students for life beyond school. Working in close collaboration with staff across the college, the Program Coordinator – Pathways provides strategic leadership in curriculum development, student support, and staff capacity building.

We are seeking a dynamic and future-focused leader to drive our Tertiary and Career Readiness (TCR), Vocational Education and Training (VET), and Workplace Learning (WPL) programs. The successful applicant may play a pivotal role in fostering student engagement, leading staff, and representing the college within key educational and industry networks ensuring all students have access to meaningful, future-ready learning pathways.

Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Tertiary and Career Pathway Development
  • Leadership of VET and Workplace Learning Programs
  • Strategic Partnerships and Representation
  • Curriculum and Staff Development
  • Data Monitoring and Program Management
