Inglewood Primary School (PS) is a proud Independent Public School providing a stimulating educational environment for our 607 Kindergarten to Year 6 students. Inglewood PS operates across three sites, with separate off-site centres for Kindergarten, Pre-primary and Years 1 to 6. All sites work together to ensure every child is able to achieve their optimum. The Role
Inglewood PS are seeking a skilled and organised School Officer to join our team and help manage the financial and operational aspects of our school. As School Officer you play a vital role in ensuring the financial stability of the school, while also managing the school's assets and supporting administrative staff.
In addition to financial management, the School Officer will also assist with the management of school assets. This includes overseeing the administration of out-of-hours use of school facilities, coordinating and negotiating maintenance and repairs, and maintaining key registers and security system codes. They will assist with the induction and support of administrative school support staff, by developing induction programs and materials and coordinating relief staff.

- Demonstrated experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in financial processes and procedures, including the handling of debtors, creditors, reconciliations, and /or preparing financial returns.
- Demonstrated ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
- Demonstrated good verbal and written communication skills and experience in the application of customer service principles and practices.
- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
