This is a 6-month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 3, 2025

The Role

Roleystone CC is seeking to appoint a dynamic and innovative leader in the role of Manager Corporate Services.

Working within the Executive Team, the Manager Corporate Services is responsible to the Principal for the day-to-day financial, physical and human resource aspects of the school's business operations and supervises all school support staff. The Manager Corporate Services will play a significant role in the strategic implementation of the Business Plan aligning resources, human and financial, to meet targets and support the vision of the college.

Working across a K-10 site with multiple staff across a range of teams, you should work to build capacity and sustainability across all allied professional categories. You should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills which will assist when working with the leadership team, staff, parents and the wider community.

The successful applicant will ideally possess sound financial management skills and strategic administration including actively seeking out and applying for grants and other funding sources. Your involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Executive Management Team, highlights your commitment to the school's long-term objectives.
