The Role
In collaboration with the Principal, the Associate Principal provides educational leadership in the school and the community by developing and promoting the school vision and establishing strong relationships with students, staff and the community. The successful applicant will ideally display high level skills and knowledge of the core curriculum areas, professional learning delivery, coaching and mentoring as well as school operations.
The Associate Principal leads staff performance and development. They should be team oriented and possess well developed interpersonal, communication and organisation skills. You will ideally have a proven record of successfully leading sustainable change and improvement.
