The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Deputy Principal to lead a challenging portfolio which includes delivery of curriculum through whole school connected practice, managing a diverse, collaborative student services team and monitoring innovative K to 2 programs.
As an integral part of the school leadership team, the Deputy Principal will ideally, possess the personal attributes to foster the established school culture of care, inclusion, partnerships and support for colleagues, which is the foundation to create optimal learning conditions for our students to thrive.
The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to lead data informed change, improve teacher practices by embedding the Teaching for Impact and EYL frameworks and coach colleagues to enhance their skills. An expert with vast knowledge in student services; engaging with parents, staff, external consultants, and stakeholders and strategic resourcing to support a range of complex student needs. The ability to remain flexible, effectively prioritise competing demands, and manage multiple tasks while being resilient and compassionate, are desirable attributes.
