The Role
Armadale SHS is looking to appoint a competent and highly dedicated English Teacher. The suitable applicants should have a deep belief that every student is capable of successful learning and utilise high impact teaching strategies and exhibit how they seek and implement constant improvement in their own practice.
The suitable applicants will be able to display how they will provide educational opportunities and activities which enable students to achieve to their highest potential. In addition, the ability to engage students using a range of skills, knowledge of effective classroom management strategies and restorative practices will be considered favourably.
The suitable applicants will ideally be committed to making a difference in the lives of young people. They should be motivated, practical, hardworking and innovative and possess outstanding interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will ideally pursue excellence in classroom teaching and provide encouragement and support to all colleagues.
