The Role
The School Officer is the first point of contact for our school and is responsible for completing administrative duties including greeting all visitors, answering the telephone, and responding to routine enquiries and requests for information. The successful applicant will ideally have a friendly, positive, and caring attitude and possess the qualities to promote excellence within our school and to interact with parents and the wider community.
You will ideally model effective and quality customer and administrative support service delivery and use good interpersonal and communication skills to work in collaboration with the administration team, school support staff, our school community and teaching staff. In addition, the successful applicant will ideally support student-related activities such as assisting with student enrolment procedures and operate a range of software packages particularly databases and word processing to provide effective marketing and communication strategies.
In this role, you will assist the Manager Corporate Services in the daily financial aspects of the school. The successful applicant should ideally have the capacity to coordinate financial tasks including processing of electronic funds transfer (EFT) payment batches, invoicing, receipting and cash management. Knowledge of school base systems such as Integris, RM Finance, Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS) and Student Information System (SIS) would be highly desirable.

- Demonstrated good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
