The Role

As the Manager Corporate Services, you will work closely with the principal to establish and be responsible for the financial, physical and human resource processes of the school. In this role, you play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's business operations and work with the leadership team to recruit, supervise and manage school support staff. Applicants should have high-level financial management skills, have sound analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions to mitigate the risks.  Previous experience with Kaartdijin is desirable.

The successful applicant will ideally to be motivated, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders, develop strong community relationships, links with staff, students and families and be welcoming of cultural diversity. Knowledge of the challenges and rewards of providing education services to students with special educational needs would be beneficial.
