
We are seeking to establish a pool of dedicated and enthusiastic Structured Workplace Learning Support Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2025 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
The Structured Workplace Learning Support Officer will ideally have sound interpersonal, organisational and communication skills as well as the ability to collaborate with others in a team environment. Suitable applicants will support the selection, training, and induction of students for the workplace, the induction and training of workplace supervisors and fostering networks to enhance outcomes for our college community. You will monitor student progress, including workplace visits, students’ work readiness and checking student logbooks for satisfactory completion and working hours.
Suitable applicants will provide administrative support to the Workplace Learning (WPL) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) team. The ability to effectively maintain spreadsheets, databases, student records and management of school information systems is highly desirable.
