The Role
As Manager Corporate Services, your responsibilities may include the successful delivery of all corporate operations in addition to responsibility for all financial, physical and school support staff human resource processes. In collaboration with the Principal and other members of the leadership team you should provide operational and strategic input to the development of the school’s workforce and business plans.
To be successful in the role, you will ideally possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound financial management skills and strategic administration experience including the ability to meet all audit requirements. Additionally, you may be asked to review current school financial practices and implement improvements. You will ideally display outstanding organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise within your areas of responsibility. You should be flexible, reliable and have excellent conceptual, interpersonal, communication, staff management and problem-solving skills.
As the successful applicant you will ideally display the ability to work independently. You should foster effective human resource management practices and as part of the role you should display strategic oversight and effective management of buildings, facilities and assets at the school.
You would be working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment committed to building quality communication with all stakeholders, including Department of Education representatives, parents, Teachers, Education Assistants, external business and community groups.
